The following list of delinquent oil tax bills for 2007 will be offered for sale by the Adair County Sheriff at the Adair
County Courthouse on Adair
County Sheriff at the Adair County Courthouse on June 27,2008 at 9:00
A.M. Delinquent
tax claims when sold become a lien upon property described on face of tax bill and are
subject
to 12% interest per annum. Payments made after the Sheriff's Delinquent tax
claim sale are subject to
a 20% county attorney fee and a 10% county clerk's fee.
